What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel daunting, and it’s okay to not know what to expect. My goal is to make the process feel as comfortable as possible from day one.

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work through. Sessions are 60 minutes and available in-person in Lexington, KY or via telehealth across Kentucky.

My approach is flexible and tailored to you, drawing on a variety of evidence-based techniques. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, or past experiences, we’ll work together at your pace.
